BCA Solutions (BCAS) is looking for legal interns to join its ranks! We are a legal and regulatory consulting firm assisting our clients in the crypto and blockchain industry with technical and regulatory advice. Our service offering spans different jurisdictions such as Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Malta and Singapore, and various service lines such as licensing, token legal opinions, and decentralisation audits.
You must have completed the third year of your studies in the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and have a keen interest in financial services, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and the regulation thereof. You should ideally have already gained academic knowledge in company law, contract law, European Union law and financial services legislation. Any previous work experience in aforementioned areas of law will be taken into account.
As our legal intern, you will not only be working on regulatory matters falling within the scope of the European Union and Maltese legislative frameworks but will also have the opportunity to touch upon regulatory matters pertaining to other jurisdictions across other continents. Variety and novelty of work are one of the benefits for this particular role, as well as being exposed to some of the most prominent players in the industry. Thus, as an ideal candidate, you should be ready to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, perform well under stress, and be eager to learn about the intricacies of digital asset regulation.
We are looking forward to receiving your application!
Even if you’re not able to tick all of these boxes, we would still love to hear from you.
