About us

Patrick is a lawyer by profession. At BCAS, he leads a team of lawyers that advises top-tier crypto asset exchanges and major DeFi projects, assisting them in ensuring compliance with a range of applicable laws. He has several years of experience practicing in the areas of financial services and regulatory compliance, where he handled a number of investment services, funds, crypto asset service providers licenses. He also held various directorships and compliance officer positions.

Patrick was also involved in other fields of law, where he assisted clients with corporate, employment and taxation matters, and contract drafting.

He attended the University of Malta and successfully completed a Doctor of Laws degree, followed by a Master of Arts in Financial Services degree. Patrick also holds a Professional Award in Taxation and a Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management.

Martin was born in Argentina, where he studied to become a Lawyer. Afterwards, he did an MBA, which allowed him to start working as a Process Analyst and Project Manager. After moving to Italy, in 2021, he put into practice what had been his passion for the last few years and started writing and researching Web3 technologies for several Web3 projects. He joined BCAS as a Crypto Technical Analyst.

Paulina, a quadrilingual master’s graduate in International Relations, gained valuable professional experience working as a Blue Book trainee for the European Commission in the area of IT projects as well as a HUB Team Leader for one of most distinguished international corporate law firms, DLA Piper. At BCAS, as the Executive Assistant to C-Suite, she provides high-level administrative support and coordinates communication between departments.
